Reinstalled the app or switched iPhone? Open the paywall and tap Restore at the bottom left. Your subscription comes back as long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EGON and tap Cancel. You keep Prime until the end of the paid period.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Everything (account, training data, photos) is erased permanently and immediately. Details in our privacy policy.
