Who we are

EGON is published by Norman Niati (France). For anything related to your data, write to contact@egonapp.com.

What we collect

• Account — your email address and a securely hashed password, or your Apple identifier if you use Sign in with Apple.
• Profile — display name, username, gender, date of birth, current and goal weight, training goals, and an optional profile photo.
• Training data — your routines, workout sessions (exercises, sets, reps, weights), personal records, aura points, body measurements, and personal exercise notes.
• Purchases — subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate receipts and manage subscription status; it receives a pseudonymous user identifier and receipt data — never your payment details, which stay with Apple.

Apple Health

With your permission, EGON reads your step count and active energy from Apple Health to display your daily activity in the app. Health data is read on your device only — it is never uploaded to our servers, shared, or sold.

Where your data lives

Your account and training data are stored with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Exercise demonstration videos are delivered through Cloudflare's CDN, which involves no personal data beyond standard connection logs.

What we don't do

• No advertising, and no ad trackers.
• We never sell your data.
• No third-party analytics SDKs.

How long we keep your data

For as long as your account exists. Delete your account at any time in the app — Profile → Settings → Delete account — and your account, training data and photos are erased permanently and immediately. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@egonapp.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
